What are your typical workouts like?
It really depends on your goals and your current fitness level. Each persons program is unique like a snowflake. There is no cookie cutter stuff with my programs.
What should I bring to my first workout?
Water and a towel. I have these amazing automotive shop towels that absorb lots of sweat too in case you forget a towel but they have some oil in them so it’s best you don’t forget your towel!
What’s your take on supplements?
Generally, you should be getting your required vitamins from the foods you eat. Most supplements are not tested, have negative side effects or have some biased study that indicates their effectiveness therefore I typically do not recommend them. I personally only take Vitamin D-3 and protein and sometimes fish oil. Recent unbiased studies suggest it's much better to eat fish rather than take the fish oil.
BaizFit (BF) Are you a Dietician or Dr.?
Nope, but I can recommend a few
