I am 40+ year old father that is passionate about helping you achieve your goals and maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle. I understand having a busy life (I work full time at a desk job) and having good fitness habits can be a part of your everyday life if you are willing to make your health a priority.
I incorporate exercise and routines that keep you consistently engaged. I focus on functional training, interval training, strength training, and core stability. I specialize in body weight and TRX training for ~20-60 year old clients. I offer in-home and on-site training.
